VERY POPULAR CAPPED PEN. This pen is one of my favorites. It is a sort of combination of two-part pen, without the second barrel. In place of the second barrel is a decorative (usually metal) cap that covers the nib. The cap can usually be mounted atop the pen for writing, which is a great way not to lose it on a messy desk like mine. They come in a variety of platings, and rollerball, ballpoint and fountain pen models. At $35.00, they are an example of affordable elegance.
